Under the great changes unseen in a century, the world seems to be changing at an unprecedented speed. In this era when everyone is in danger, many people choose to protect themselves, but one thing remains unchanged, that is, their persistence in kindness and love. No matter how the times change, the glory of human nature is always a beacon for us to move forward.
In the past two days, the scenes in Guizhou have been constantly emerging in my mind. Those simple smiles, those sincere conversations, and those hopeful eyes made me feel deeply moved. So, I couldn’t help but edit a video to record the precious moments of the charity exchange meeting between Guizhou Zhiliyuan and Hong Kong. This video is not only a review of the event, but also a tribute to kindness and love.
On July 27, I had the honor to organize and coordinate a student exchange meeting between Zhiliyuan Hong Kong and Daozhen. This exchange meeting is not only a cultural collision, but also a spiritual dialogue. Each participant bravely made his voice and shared their stories and insights. Whether it is parents, students, or our partners who are at the source of energy, everyone has gained growth and touching in these three days.
This event is one of the few things that I really deserve to be proud of. From planning the schedule of the exchange meeting between the two places to formulating a detailed meeting agenda; from coordinating the content of each speaker to ensuring the smooth progress of each link, the hardships and efforts are self-evident. But when I saw the event ended successfully, saw the smiles on each participant’s faces, and heard their praise and thanks, all the fatigue turned into a full sense of accomplishment.
Education is not only a transfer of knowledge, but also a nourishment of the soul. Although students in Hong Kong and Daozhen live in different environments, they all have a vision for the future and a desire for knowledge. Through this event, we not only built a bridge of communication, but also ignited countless fires of hope in our hearts.
In the future, I hope to organize more such activities so that more children have the opportunity to go out of their small world and see a broader world. I also hope that through our efforts, we can inject more positive energy into society and make kindness and love the main theme of this era.
